The RB1 is a weld-on shank replacement section designed to restore the front working edge of a worn Yeomans shank. Over time, abrasive soils gradually erode the leading face of the shank, altering its digging geometry and increasing draft. The RB1 allows this worn section to be replaced, returning the shank to its correct operating shape without the expense of a complete shank replacement. The RTP (Replaceable Toe Piece) is designed to protect the lower leading section of the shank, where wear is most aggressive and concentrated.
Rather than allowing the shank itself to erode, the RTP takes the wear and can be replaced as required, preserving the structural integrity and alignment of the main shank body. |
